A new study has shown that if you have a partner sleeping with you that snores, you are deprived of two years of sleep or two hours each night.
The number of two years’ sleep lost is based on the idea that a relationship lasts 24 years.
This comes after the realization that some 15 million British adults live with a partner who snores. 2,000 adults were talked to in the study with 85 percent of them revealing that their partner had a snoring problem.
55 percent stated that the snoring affected their sexual relationship for the partners.
“We are constantly striving to understand how people live in their homes and the issues that affect them.
“Snoring is something that affects up to 30 million snorers and their partners in the UK. The anti-snore bedroom will hopefully bring some relief to them.”
Many ideas have come up such as expensive beds to help fight snoring but to this point not much has worked. New developments are constantly coming out though as snoring can have very negative effects on people’s lives.
